Description
Robert Parker, Avril 2009; Note: 90-93
“Cropped at 15 hectoliters per hectare, the fruit for this 100% Merlot (40-year-old vines) was harvested in
mid-October. It is a dense, chocolaty offering revealing notes of graphite, smoked meats, sweet blackberry and blueberry fruit, a soaring texture, and high, but ripe tannin. Think of it as a cult Bordeaux Superieur admirably displaying just what can be achieved from less prestigious vineyards. This wine will drink beautifully for a decade”
